Death Match: Be sure that Prior to a DM, you understand the whole charter, and you know what all the terms are. If you have never proctored a death match before, or taken place in one, maybe you shouldn't be proctoring this one your first time.
Be sure that you discuss all terms with your opponent PRIOR to trying to proctor the match. Everything should be straight before you even enter the Private room, speaking of which, DM's must take place in private rooms.
If you are fighting a NPC, like an enemy from the enemy pages, then the answer to all the Terms is NO! You cannot be using Elementals and Enhancers against them, they are NPC's.
If the NPC is played by a Hyrule RP Rep for a Dungeon or Temple, they will proctor it, so don't worry about it, in that case, they decide what the terms are, not you.

(At this point, the Winner has the right to do a Theft Attempt on the Loser. If theft attempt is successful, Winner ALSO gets all of the losers items. Loser may NOT use perception enhancers etc.. he's dead. If the theft attempt fails, the Loser may get his items back if he is rezzed on the 5th stage of the Ladder Season. But he still has 0 rupees. If the winner is not Qualified as a thief, then he shouldn't do a theft attempt, it wont be legal.)
