Everything here is up to how active people are. Recruiting is nice, Training people is nice, ASKING to be trained helps usually. If someone offered to train me even, I would accept. If they started to train me on stuff I alredy know, then I would tell them no training is required. If I know I could be better, which every single RPer could, then I'd ask someone to train me... Try it, you'd be surprised at the outcome.
